Shipping policy

We aim to get your order to you as smoothly as possible. Please allow a little extra time for delivery — you'll receive tracking so you can follow it the whole way. Thanks for your patience; we think it's worth the wait.

Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Estimated delivery times

All orders are typically delivered within 5–20 days of dispatch.

Shipping rates

A flat shipping rate of $5 AUD applies to all orders.

Multiple parcels

If you order more than one item, they may ship separately and arrive on different days. This is normal and there's no extra charge to you.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided for every order. Please allow several days after dispatch for tracking to begin updating.

International orders

Import duties and taxes may apply on arrival and are the customer's responsibility. We declare all parcels accurately as required by law.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email support@keptly.shop and we'll look into it and sort it out.
